"Let Food Be Your Medicine!"
In 1974, the World Health Organization described Spirulina as "an interesting food" for multiple reasons - rich in iron and protein, and is able to be administered to children without any risk, considering it "a very suitable food." The United Nations established the Intergovernmental Institution for the use of Micro-algae Spirulina Against Malnutrition in 2003.

In the late 1980s and early 90s, both NASA (CELSS) and the European Space Agency (MELiSSA) proposed Spirulina as one of the primary foods to be cultivated during long-term space missions.

Spirulina: The Cancer Fighting Superfood You Need to Know About
Here's How to Start Right!

There's only one road to SUCCESS, and that is to start at the ENTRY point and comply with the Basic Requisite. Here's how to Do It Right . . .

Increase Liquid Intake - Do not let thirst be your gauge! Drinking eat least 12 glasses of water daily is a good practice. It is necessary to cleanse your system, and the colon! (Note: 90% of all diseases and discomforts is directly or indirectly related to an unclean colon - Royal Academy of Physicians of Great Britain)

Be Active - Brisk walking is, still, the best form of exercise!

Restore Balance - Alkalize by regularly taking Spirulina and eliminate the negative effects of ACIDOSIS!

Share - Help others by sharing the benefits of Spirulina. Your family and friends would really thank you for this!

My first encounter with Spirulina was when I decided to use as supplement for my family. The effect was not very noticeable (at first).

One day my brother was admitted to the hospital due to unexplained illness. The doctor suspected of a heart problem, or maybe dengue or typhoid fever. He was tested for platelet count and it appears that it is not within normal level (so it was probably dengue).

After knowing it, I remember that Spirulina could bring wonders to the immune system and I heard from a friend that similar case happened to his neighbor (and the dengue was cured). I decided to apply the same method based on what I learned and let my brother take a whole bottle in one day.

The next day when he was tested again for platelet count, the doctor was surprised that it is now within normal level. It's very uncommon that platelet level instantly goes to normal level.

He was still under observation, but his recovery was fast and the next day he was discharged from the hospital. That day, rashes appeared on his skin, and according to my sister who is a nurse, it was a common sign of dengue

Dengue or not, we don't care as long as my brother gets well. (HerbertE)
